Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least one day prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  3 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two further children or adults stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child under 4 years is charged CAD 10.00 per night in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
