Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for cots.  All children from 2 to 7 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 8 to 11 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All children under 4 years are charged 90 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
