Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 4.50 per person.  Breakfast costs EUR 4.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child from 0 to 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
