Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs NZD 8 per person per night.  Breakfast costs NZD 12 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged NZD 20 per night per person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged NZD 20 per night per person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
