Please contact the residence during opening hours to get access codes if you plan to arrive outside the following reception opening hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 19:00 Saturday from 08:00 to 13:00 Reception is closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 4.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
