Hotel details

The reception is open from 06:00 until 22:00 from Mondays to Fridays. On Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, it is open from 07:30 until 12:00 and from 17:00 until 22:00. Thanks to the hotel's check-in machine, you can also check in outside the reception's regular opening times. Please contact the hotel in advance in order to find out your personal reservation number, which you need in order to use the machine. Payment is due on arrival. Please note that your Booking reservation number is not identical to the reservation number issued by the hotel.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 19:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 6.90 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 3.00 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
