Belvedere Café is open daily for breakfast, offering guests the choice of a continental or American breakfast buffet. Room service is also available. The Churrascaria Plataforma, the hotel's Brazilian steakhouse, serves delicious dishes for lunch and dinner as well as room service.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs USD 9.95 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs USD 43.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14.75 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  USD 5.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 20.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
