Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

35 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14.75 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 12 years are welcome.  One child or adult stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Baby cots are not available.  One older child or adult is charged USD 25.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
