Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of USD 25.00 will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14.75 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  USD 3.50 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 25.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 25.00 per night in an extra bed.  One child under 2 years is charged USD 25.00 per night in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
