Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14.75 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  USD 3.50 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 40.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 30.00 per night in an extra bed.  One child under 2 years is charged USD 30.00 per night in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
