Guests must inform the property of their arrival, 24 hours in advance. This is not a hotel. It is a fully furnished apartment building. All payments must be made in cash. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14.75 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
