Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14.75 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  USD 3.50 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 30.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One further older child or adult is charged USD 30.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. 

Groups

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
