Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Charges will be applicable for guests checking out prior to their booked departure date.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14.75 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  USD 3.50 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 15 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged USD 20.00 per night in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
