Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14.75 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  USD 3.50 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One further older child or adult is charged USD 30.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 60.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
