Upon check-in photo identification and authorization of credit card for USD 100 per day is required and is refundable. Cash will be accepted if credit card is unavailable. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs USD 14.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs USD 60.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14.75 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  USD 3.50 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 19 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
