Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please note that we are under renovation during the 1st quarter of 2009. The hotel will be open during the renovation.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs USD 35.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14.75 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.  

Groups

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
