Guests may cancel their reservation until 4PM EST (hotel time) the day before arrival free of charge. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14.75 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  USD 3.50 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs USD 33.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Up to two older children or adults are charged USD 25.00 per night when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
