Our promise to you includes a clean, comfortable hotel room with one king or two full beds. In the bathroom you'll enjoy fluffy towels, and curved shower rod that allows more light and space in the shower. Enjoy complimentary local calls and no surcharge for using a calling card.

Food & Beverages

Breakfast menu items rotate and include such offerings as sausage patties, eggs and French toast sticks. If you are in a hurry, grab a breakfast bag at the front desk, complete with water, fruit, a muffin, and a cereal bar. Available Monday through Friday. Nearby restaurants include Acqua, Cabana Nuevo Latino, and Pizzeria Uno.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs USD 20.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14.75 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  USD 3.50 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.  

Groups

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
