**Upon making a reservation, all guests will be charged a deposit that equals the total price of the reservation. If the reservation is canceled prior to 72 hours of arrival, the guest will be charged for the first night only. If the reservation is canceled anytime within 72 hours of arrival, the guest will still be charged the FULL price of their reservation** Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs USD 14.95 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs USD 45.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14.75 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  USD 3.50 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
