Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 75 percent of the first two nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 7.50 per night and person for cots. All children from 3 to 12 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
