Upon arrival you will be asked for a deposit of EUR 300 (by Eurocard/ Mastercard / Visa, cheque, euro cheque, no cash). This deposit will be annulled within 8 days of your departure following an inventory. Any damage or uncleanness will be deducted from your deposit. On your arrival you are requested to check the inventory and return the signed form within 24 hours. Additional costs: Final cleaning: Fee required in case of departure outside opening hours, or if the accommodation is not clean on departure. Bed linen and towels are available at an additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

Please note, if cancelled, a fixed amount of EUR 40.00 will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 40.00 will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.90 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 18.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
