When booking, you must give your expected arrival time. This is so that staff can meet you at the apartment and give you keys. Please note the check-in/out times – other times are only possible when agreed in advance with Medlock Apartments. If you miss the check-in deadline without agreement, Medlock Apartments will consider it a cancellation. Parties or other loud activities are not allowed in Medlock Apartments.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 15.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
