An on-site reception is available for your convenience along with a 24-hour on call manager. Out-of-hours check in facility is available upon request. A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your booking. No deposit is taken or charged prior to arrival. Upon check-in, a security deposit is required, which is held against any possible damage. This is fully refundable upon departure.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
