The stylish suites range from 1 double bedroom apartments to a duplex penthouse, and above all, some accommodating up to 8 guests. All kitchens are fully equipped with ultra modern appliances, very much appreciated, including a fitted Neff coffee espresso machine with grinder. The limestone tiled bathrooms each come with a water jet massaging whirlpool jacuzzi. You can reach Deansgate Locks Comedy Store or the Halle Orchestra at the Bridgewater Hall in a 3-minute walk. In-room entertainment includes a contemporary 40-inch LCD, and above all, flat-screen TV Within a 5-minute walk, you could be at the G-Mex Centre or the cinema and gym at Deansgates Great Northern building.

You will be met at the apartments by a member of staff with the keys, therefore you are kindly requested to provide your estimated time of arrival. Check-in after 20:00 is possible but must be prearranged and agreed by Pad Hotels. Head Office is at 74 Bridge Street M3 2RJ Manchester. Please note: all credit cards are free of charge except American Express, which is subject to a 3% additional charge.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  5 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.  Full English breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
