When booking, you must give your expected arrival time. This is so that staff can meet you at the apartment and give you keys. Please note the check-in/out times – other times are only possible when agreed in advance with Medlock Apartments. If you miss the check-in deadline without agreement, Medlock Apartments will consider it a cancellation. Parties or other loud activities are not allowed in Medlock Apartments.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs GBP 4.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
