For your private functions, the hotel provides 9 spacious rooms and one private dining room. These can be arranged in a number of styles, accommodating 5-200 people (depending on room and layout). They each feature the most up-to-date technology and equipment, including plasma screens or interactive white boards, built-in sound systems and complimentary Wi-Fi internet access. They also benefit from natural daylight. For your relaxation, the hotel has a 24-hour fitness centre with a small selection of cardio and resistance training equipment. The suite is fully air-conditioned with flat-screen televisions attached to all cardio machines.

Food & Beverages

The Glasshouse is open for breakfast, lunch and dining in the evening. It blends magnificent space, angular lines, mirrors and coloured glass with intimate rounded leather booths. The Crowne Plaza also has a private dining room that can accommodate up to 18 people. The stylish Glasshouse is a haven for an informal meeting or relaxing cocktail within contemporary and vibrant surroundings.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs GBP 9.75 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast costs GBP 17.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 19 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
