You will be met at the apartments by a member of staff with the keys. Please provide your estimated time of arrival. Check in after 18:00 is possible but must be prearranged and agreed by Pad Hotels. Head Office is at 74 Bridge Street M3 2RJ Manchester. American Express cards are subject to a small additional charge.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 5.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 10.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.  Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
