Food & Beverages

On arrival you will receive - free of charge - fresh milk, bread, cereals, butter, jams, pastries, orange juice, biscuits and Blue Rainbow Belgian chocolates. A food delivery service allows you to choose from a selection of Manchester's restaurants and have dinner delivered to your apartment (this service is not run by Blue Rainbow).

Please note: parking and cots need to be requested at the time of booking to avoid disappointment. A pre authorisation of £100 will be taken by credit card upon arrival and entry will not be permitted without this.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs GBP 10.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 7.50 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 6.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
