Rooms

The apartments are all fully furnished and include a fully fitted kitchen. The open-plan living and dining areas have leather couches, dining tables and many modern facilities. The apartments have a main bathroom with a shower and the addition of an en suite bathroom in most of the bedrooms. All apartments are inclusive of all utilities and come with bedding, towels, guest toiletries and welcome packs. A weekly maid service is also available. Hotel details

An on-site reception is open till 20:00 each weekday evening; 19:00 on Saturdays; and 16:00 on Sundays. There is a 24-hour on-call manager. Out-of-hours check-in needs to be requested and agreed with the hotel at least 48 hours in advance of arrival. Late check-out can also be requested at an extra cost per hour. Please call the hotel to arrange before arrival. The security deposit is per apartment and will be pre-authorised against a credit card for the duration of the stay.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs GBP 13.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
