Hotel details

Guests arrive in an elegant foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, lounge and lifts. Facilities in this air conditioned hotel are on offer, including a public internet terminal, conference rooms, a cafe, a bar, a TV room and a non-smoking restaurant. There are also room and laundry services, as well as medical assistance available on request.

Breakfast Mon-Fri: 05.30-10.00 (with English available from 06.00) Sat & Sun: 05.30-11.00 (with English available from 06.00) Lunch 12.00-14.00 (subject to availability) Dinner Mon-Thurs: 18.00-22.30pm Fri-Sun: 17.00-22.30.

Any guest arriving back into Manchester Airport on 28 February or after, will be upgraded to the 'meet and greet package' for free. This means they will be met at Arrivals and taken to their car that will be directly at Manchester Airport. Therefore, they are not required to take a bus to collect their car at Airparks Gold.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs GBP 15.00 per 24 hours.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs GBP 3.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs GBP 10.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
