Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

9 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 13 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 50.00 per night when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
