Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 20 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 8 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

8 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 14 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
