Living Room Hotel is adjacent to Folkets Park in Malmö, a short walk from Malmö Concert Hall, Nöjesteatern, Kulturbolaget, the Victoria Theatre, Tangopalatset, Amiralen, Möllevångstorget and Triangelns shopping centre. From Triangeln stroll to Södergatan and Södra Förstadsgatan, Malmö’s shopping district where small exclusive boutiques and big shopping centres are to be found. The hotel currently consists of 8 hotel rooms. Most of the rooms have en suite bathroom and shower, the remaining rooms have conveniently located shared bath and shower facilities.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged SEK 100.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged SEK 200.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
