Reception service is only available in the mornings from January to April. 24 hour reception service May-October. Guests need to indicate in their reservation comments their approximate arrival time (when arriving on dates from January-April). Alternatively, contact the hotel prior to arrival so that room keys can be delivered.

Internet via modem is available in public areas and costs EUR 6.00 per hour.

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 2 to 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
