This holiday aparthotel is located between Majorca’s beaches of Magalluf and Son Matias, valued throughout, opposite the House of Katmandu. Bed linen and towels are included in all the rooms. Both pools are surrounded by a terrace filled with sun loungers. These seasonal apartments are open from April to October. A TV and safety deposit box are available at an additional cost.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.  A fixed amount of EUR 150 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 5 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 2 to 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
