■ By car From the N1: ▪ Going north towards Polokwane, take Zambezi off ramp and go left. ▪ Continue for 5 km past Kolonade Shopping Center. ▪ Turn left at Dr. Swanepoel. ▪ Turn right at circle Braam Pretorius Street. ▪ Continue past 2 circles and turn left at Wabeke 3-way stop. ▪ Take the 1st left (Petrea Street). ▪ This road will make a right, 90-degree turn into Joyce Street. ▪ Follow the road uphill until another right 90-degree turn into Edelweiss Street. ▪ Aloe Guesthouse is the 2nd house on the left (449 Edelweiss Street).

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged ZAR 50.00 per night and person for cots.  All children under 12 years are charged ZAR 100.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
