Rooms

The 35 bungalows are all within the tropical and tranquil garden area around the swimming pool. There is a parking space for a car or motorbike right in front of each bungalow. Some of the bungalows offer a small terrace or garden area for time to relax. All bungalows are fitted with an individual controlled air condition for your very own temperature comfort. For entertainment and news updates, the satellite-TV provides international movies as well as news channels. The minibar offers you snacks and drinks for refreshments while watching. The guest has the choice: King size or twin beds (subject to availability). All of the residences have at least 3 floor to ceiling windows which can be opened.

The Palm Lounge offers breakfast daily until 16.00 for the convenience of all late risers. At the pool bar try any of 202 cocktails, available for a special price during the Cocktail Festival Hours from 16.00 - 20.00. The new Hot Stone Restaurant opened on the 1st April under a complete new brand, and with great new tastes.

Internet

Internet via modem is available in the business centre and costs THB 60.00 per hour.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  10 % service charge per room per night is included.  1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged THB 400.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
