the apartments are composed of a bedroom and lounge with sofa bed. In addition there is a kitchenette and a private balcony. Nuestros apartamentos están compuestos por habitación, salón con sofá cama y dotado de un televisor de plasma,además dena cocina americana totalmente equipada. Disponen de A/C y bomba de calor tanto en salón como en dormitorio. Cada uno de nuestros apartamentos tiene su propio balcón privado.

The Encasa's cafe is open every day and serves typical Mediterranean cuisine. Breakfast: 08:00 -11:00 Lunch: 13:00 - 16:00 Dinner: 21:00 - 23:00 Savour a cocktail on the Encasa's terrace.

The hotel does not accept American Express as a form of payment. All guests anticipating arrival after 18:00 must advise the property on a different contact number that appears on the Booking Confirmation issued by the site. It can also be noted in the Comments Box when booking.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 6.00 per day.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 3.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
