This hotel does not accept American Express as a method of payment. Before travel, all guests must inform the property of their anticipated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Comments box when booking, or by contacting the property directly using the contact details which appear on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site. All guests must contact the property directly using the telephone number on the Booking Confirmation, 40 minutes before arrival in Madrid. The propertys staff will then direct guests to their apartment. Those arriving at the apartments outside of opening hours (15:00-22:00) will be subject to a EUR 30 surcharge. Check-out must be between 09:00-12:00.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges are applicable.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 3 years is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
