Each apartment measures 45 m² and comes with one double bedroom, lounge, fitted kitchen and bathroom. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Check-in instructions: All guests must contact the property directly prior to travel to make check-in arrangements. Contact details appear on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site. Check-in after 22:00 is subject to an additional charge. Damage deposit: A damage deposit of EUR 200 per apartment is payable locally on arrival. This deposit will be returned at check-out once the condition of the apartment has been checked. Cleaning: All apartments are cleaned before stay. A housekeeping service during the stay is provided on request subject to a surcharge. The property does not accept American Express as a method of payment.

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.  A fixed amount of EUR 200 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
