Apartments come with one or 2 bedrooms, a living room with a double sofa bed, spacious kitchen and bathroom. In the living room you will find a 32-inch TV and Wi-Fi internet access. Please note that all apartments are located on the fourth floor.

Hotel details

Please mention your estimated time of arrival in the booking reservations form. All guests must contact the property directly 1 hour before arrival using the telephone number in the booking confirmation. If checking in after midnight guests must pay an additional charge. The total cost of the reservation must be paid upon arrival. A deposit is required upon arrival.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 24.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
