Hotel details

The Stadmadrid has double and triple rooms as well apartments for up to 6 people. Some apartments are located on Calle Atocha, a very central location near the Reina Sofia Museum.

Guests are requested to indicate their expected time of arrival using the contact details on the booking confirmation or in the comment box when booking. Those arriving after 23.00 may be subject to an extra charge of EUR 10. Key collection for apartments takes place at the main reception located at Calle Barco, 10. On arrival into Madrid, it is very important that guests staying in apartments put themselves in contact with a member of staff. American Express is not accepted as a form of payment.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges are applicable.  Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 20.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least one day prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
