Each of the apartments has a bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom. They have 45 m2 floor area.

Hotel details

Guests should indicate their anticipated time of arrival when booking, in order to arrange the delivery of keys for the apartments. Guests arriving after 22:00 incur an additional fee of EUR 30. Guests must contact a member of staff should they expect to arrive more than 30 minutes late. Check-in time is after 15:00. Guests arriving before this time can leave their luggage and return later. Departure time is before 12:00. If guests leave after this time, they must leave the keys on the table, turn off all electrical appliances and securely close the door. A cash deposit must be paid upon arrival of EUR 200. This will be returned upon the condition of the apartment being left in a suitable condition and checked by a member of staff. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The cleaning service carries an extra charge. American Express is not accepted as a method of payment.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges are applicable.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.  A fixed amount of EUR 200 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
