The apartments are well-equipped with all appliances and facilities you will need, including Wi-Fi internet access. Towels and bed linen are provided for stays of 7 nights or more. An extra cleaning service is available on request (surcharges apply).

Hotel details

On reservation, guests will be charged 30% of the total payment due. The remainder will be paid upon arrival to the apartment. The hotel does not accept American Express as a method of payment. The hotel does not have a 24-hour reception - for this reason guests should indicate their anticipated time of arrival when booking. Those arriving after 22:00 will be subject to a EUR 30 surcharge. All check in takes place after 15:00. For guests arriving before this time, it may be possible to drop off luggage and return later. If for whatever reason guests are delayed by more than 30 minutes, guests should inform the staff on the telephone number that appears on the Booking Confirmation. A member of staff will accompany guests to the apartment and provide them with sets of keys. All guests must check out by 12:00 at the latest, although between 09:00 and 10:00 is recommended. Keys are to be left on the table, lights turned off and the door closed. Towels and linen are changed during stays for more than 7 nights. An additional cleaning service can be provided upon request (surcharge).

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

No parking available.  Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges are applicable. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for cots.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
