These duplex apartments consist of a living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is a double, with a double bed or 2 single beds, and the other is a single. The living room also has a sofa bed for the use of two people. The maximum occupancy of the apartments is 5 people. Bed linen and towels are included, but not replaced during the stay. The apartments are cleaned prior to arrival, but cleaning service is not included in the stay.

All guests must contact the property directly, one hour before arrival using the telephone number on the Booking Confirmatioon. Staff of the apartments will be waiting for you at the appointed time. The total cost of the reservation must be paid upon arrival. This apartment does not accept American Express as a method of payment. Please note that no check-in is possible between 00:00 and 07:00

Cancellation Policy

Please note, if cancelled, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
