Originally a student residence, valued throughout, the Arti II has now been converted into excellent value accommodation. Make the short stroll over to Madrids Royal Palace to see the impressive gardens. You can also grab a snack or refreshment from the vending machines. This vibrant aveneue is located just a short distance from the Arti II. In the evening, valued throughout, choose from an excellent choice of cinemas, theatres, bars and restaurants along Gran Vía. Continental breakfast is served free of charge in the months of June to August.
