The studio apartments have one bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. The attic apartment is a duplex that has one bedroom with two single beds on the upper floor that can be converted into a double bed. There is a double sofa bed in the living room.

Hotel details

You are required to inform the apartments of your arrival time so you can be met by apartment personnel on arrival. A deposit is not required. The total cost of the reservation must be paid upon arrival. Payments by credit card will be charged a surcharge of 5%.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
