Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 1 year stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 3 years is charged EUR 35.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  One child from 3 to 7 years is charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 8 to 12 years is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 90 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
