Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children from 2 to 8 years are charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 3.
