Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before traveling. Madinah is a Holy City. Only Muslims with a visa can stay in the area of the Holy Mosque, including the Marriott Hotel.

Wired internet is available in the business centre and costs SAR 50.00 per hour.  Wired internet is available in public areas and costs SAR 50.00 per hour.

Private parking is possible on site and charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  15 % service charge per room per night is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
