Reception opening hours: Monday to Friday: 07:00 to 19:30 Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 17:00 Sunday and public holidays: closed Please contact the residence during opening hours to get access codes if you plan to arrive outside these times. Rooms are cleaned once a week.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 7.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
